Located in a perfect central position in Paradise Point. This newly built Hampton style home was completed in 2022 and is in a cosy and quiet neighbourhood of Paradise Point. Enjoy stunning views of the boat harbour in our quirky Coastal Hampton interior designed home with large parks just across the road. This home is perfect for a family getaway or couples retreat. With 4 spacious bedrooms with large master bedroom including Super-king bed with luxurious ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the heated magnesium pool kept at a warm 30 degrees or enjoy a wine in our brand new spa.
We wanted to make travelling with kids easy and have included everything for families from bikes, surfboards and SUP boards in the garage as well as kids toys, portable cot, high chair as well as books and board games. Two large 60inch tv's one in the master bedroom and one in the downstairs lounge with Netflix, Stan and Amazon Prime on both. Fully equipped kitchen and utensils and devices, microwave, kettle, blender, coffee machine and double built in fridge. Dishwashing machine in the kitchen and washer and dryer in the laundry. The home uses a home water filtration system which means all raw tap water entering the home will pass through the 4-stage filtration system to deliver clean, freshly filtered water to every water outlet in the home. Baby gates have been installed on both the upstairs and downstairs entry to the stairs.
Enjoy stunning walks along the waters edge along the point or launch your boat or jet ski just 500m away from the boat ramp. With all Major Theme Parks just 10-15min North including Dreamworld, Whitewater World, Movie World, Wet n Wild, Paradise Country, Outback Spectacular, Game Over Go Carts & Top Golf. 15min South and you hit World Famous Surfers Paradise with award winning beaches and Broadwater Parklands in Southport. Walking distance to endless free family fun at Paradise Point Parklands with playgrounds, swimming, cafes and restaurants. 10min to Harbour Town Outlet Shopping. 10min to Sanctuary Cove Golf Village & Course and just 5min drive to the Gold Coast Performance Centre at Runaway Bay Sports Complex hosting a massive range of sporting events, gym and lap pools.
