The space
Welcome to Coastal Fairways, a 2nd floor END condominium unit in the perfect Myrtle Beach location. It overlooks Myrtlewood Golf Course and is less than 2 miles from the beach. It is 5 minutes from Broadway at the Beach, a popular shopping center and entertainment complex, as well as lots of restaurants and attractions. A Food Lion grocery store and a CVS are under 4 minutes away. The complex boasts multiple swimming pools, each with a built-in grill area for outdoor cooking.
There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses. There is also a pull-out sleeper sofa with a queen mattress. There are Roku TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms with cable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want to cook meals, and there is a washer and dryer for your use. There is a large outdoor deck where you can relax after a day on the course or on the beach.
