This Garden City condo features a light and bright interior with an oceanfront sitting area, a dining area with room for six, an upscale kitchen, three bedrooms with new soft and comfortable bedding, and a large balcony with a great ocean view. It's conveniently located right in the heart of South Carolina's Grand Strand with access to the beach, great restaurants, world-class golfing, watersports, fun attractions, and unique shops.

You'll be able to relax and enjoy ocean views from the remodeled living area equipped with comfy seating, fluffy pillows, and a huge 60" smart tv. You'll also be able to see the ocean from the beautiful dining area that features an expandable dining table with plenty of seating for your family.
The compact kitchen is a modern, clean, and well-equipped space with open shelving, upgraded stainless appliances, and a convenient coffee bar pre-stocked with coffee essentials. You'll find plenty of dinnerware, cookware, and bakeware so you can cook to your hearts content. Our bedrooms have new soft and comfy bedding to help you to drift off to sleep. The master bedroom has a great view of the ocean from it's window and sliding glass doors and it's got direct access to the balcony. Each bedroom has plenty of extra pillows and blankets, two bedside charging stations, and a large smart TV. .
Our bathrooms are sleek and modern with custom tiling, gorgeous black fixtures, and great lighting. We also provide soft, fluffy towels, Bleu Haven toiletries, makeup remover towelettes, and a blow dryer.
Please note: There are five stairs between the elevator and our unit. This is not considered to be an accessible unit.
