Sophisticated with coastal elegance, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath retreat in Palmetto Dunes is the perfect vacation home and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The interior features hardwood flooring and an open floor plan with soaring ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight.
The stunning great room encompasses the main sitting area with a 60-inch flat-panel TV, a sofa, three chairs, and built-in bookcases. A large dining table that seats 10 and an enormous, open kitchen are a chef’s dream. There are quartz countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and a brand-new refrigerator, making preparing meals an effortless experience. French doors separate the Carolina room from the great room.
On the main level, there are 2 master king suites with private en-suite bathrooms, plus another bedroom with 2 twins and a daybed. The king bedrooms both feature spacious walk-in showers, while the twin room has a shower/tub combination. On the mezzanine level is the Master Suite, consisting of a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa. The fabulous master en-suite features a huge custom walk-in shower as well as a tub.
Just off the great room is a beautiful Carolina room with plenty of dining and seating. The Carolina room overlooks the spacious pool, spa, and lush private landscape. The pool deck was expanded in 2020, allowing plenty of space for everyone to gather and have fun. The pool and spa area also have a fire pit and basketball net. In the large 2-car garage is a ping-pong table for guests to enjoy.
Built in 2016, this entire home is breath-taking, with a beautiful color palette and soft themes of the ocean throughout. Stylish furniture pieces, paired with outdoor living spaces, make this home a wonderful place to bring multiple families, couples, or a group of golfers.

• Proximity to the beach: 5 min walk - Take a left at the intersection and go over the bridge.
• The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool and spa heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.
