The Verandas complex is located at 5th Avenue, along the beautiful Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This condo, unit #902 on the 9th floor, is a LARGE one bedroom, 1.5 bath, updated condo with new improvements to impress. The spacious master sleeps 4, with two queen beds, and new 42 inch Smart TV (2023). There is an en-suite full bath (tub/shower combo) attached to the hallway half bath. If extra space is needed, use the hidden Murphy Bed that offers a comfortable (third) queen-size mattress.
The family room offers a wall of ocean views, great space, with new flooring, fresh paint and nautical decor touches. The living space is perfectly cozy with new furnishings, including a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV for your movie night! NEW BEAUTIFUL STONE COUNTERTOPS, in the galley kitchen. Clean, well appointed, with full size appliances and fully equipped essentials to prepare your meals. The washer/dryer are a "stackable set" located just off the kitchen. Walk out onto your personal "veranda" and enjoy the sunrise views w/ your morning coffee fresh from the Keurig.
For those who need to stay connected during your travels, The Verandas has FREE internet access in the unit. After a long walk on the beach, take a cool dip in the pool or soak up some rays on the ocean side sun deck. Take time to relax and rejuvenate while floating around the lazy river or take a much needed long soak in the hot tub.
ODVR is very pleased to present this great condo at The Verandas, an attractive, tropically landscaped, 12-story resort. A multi-story parking garage provides easy access to elevators for loading and unloading. The Ocean Drive Beach section offers downtown Main Street shops, entertainment & restaurants just 5 blocks away. There are FREE family-friendly weekly concerts on Thursday nights, all summer long. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My neighbor told me about this condo. This is our new favorite place to stay in North Myrtle! Everything was nice and clean. Loved the ocean view and sitting on the balcony in the morning with my cup of coffee. I like the 1.5 bathrooms. Convenient when there are multiple people staying. I like the location because it's quiet yet it's close to everything!
