Summary: Great location for a beach vacation. This unit in particular is very close to the pool as well which is a plus. Love that it was in walking distance to restaurants and fun activities. Sunshine Realty were on top of emails in general and very responsive to calls or emails. Being that everything sounds great so far, my overall rating was simply because the cleanliness of floors was very poorly done. The floors seemed as if they had not cleaned at all. Sofa’s could use and upgrade or use an upholstery cleaning. Kitchen chairs definitely need to be upgraded. Aside from being very wobbly chairs they filled with lots of dust from not being wiped at all. Ceiling fans very dusty. Carpets definitely have not been washed and those were the shower carpets which is kind gross being that different customers rotate through there. We removed them for the time being. I literally swept the floors and then vacuumed them. Hand soup in the restroom was literally filled with water as well as the dish soap we believe because how watery it was that we went bought one. So to Sunshine Realt, as I read in one of the emails about leaving the place as we found it. Meaning leave it a little clean, I think it’s only fair that your paying customers are invited to a well cleaned environment. So I suggest looking into the cleaning crew because other than that you guys were great in everything else.
