The tiny house is located on its own private space. The area features screens and plants for guests privacy
The garden area features its own sitting area which has some ocean views. There is an orange and lemon tree that guests are free to pick from.
There is a wrap around timber deck that leads to both side and rear entrance to the tiny house. There is a pergola offering shade and shelter which has its own chairs and table. There is also an outdoor power outlet next to the table for laptops/phones/speakers. There is also a gas bbq on the deck for guest use.
The living room features everything you need for a relaxing day or night in - couch, tv, games, wifi.
The kitchen is fully supplied with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with supplied pods and also a milk frother. There is all the pans, plates and cutlery to eat in if you desire.
A breakfast bar with a bi-fold window that opens up towards the private garden, this can also be used for a workspace as well as eating. There is a power outlet right next to the table for charging phones/laptops.
The bathroom features a toilet, basin, and shower. Shampoo, hand, body wash and lotion is supplied. There is a cupboard which has a washing machine, fold out clothesline, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
The bedroom is located in the loft up the stairs. It is a low ceiling bedroom however plenty of space to move around. There is a queen mattress with all linen and towels provided.
Tiny house also features air con with cool and warm temperature functions, larger ceilings make it feel spacious with plenty of windows to let light in. All windows feature roller blinds for guests privacy.
Please not the stairs to the loft bedroom are steep, would not be suitable for the elderly or people with severe lower body injuries
As much as I love a party the tiny house is a small area designed for only 2 people set amongst a quiet leafy street, It is not suitable for hosting parties
