THE LOCATION
The house is located 7 minutes drive to the Empire Polo Club, home to the Coachella Valley Music and Stagecoach Festival; and a 9 minute drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home to the BNP Paribas Open.
Our villa is located in La Quinta, California close to Palm Springs airport, with central access to:

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
The master suite is a luxurious retreat with a sitting area, a fireplace, huge ensuite with dual showerheads, jetted tub and walk in closet with access to the patio overlooking gorgeous views of the pool. There’s a separate area of the home that has a soundproof door in the games room that leads to two junior suites that are perfect for your children or guests.
THE BACKYARD
Custom made for entertaining on our beautiful desert nights and features a custom pool with a hot tub/spa and a 25-meter lap lane. Covered patio, custom outdoor kitchen with wood burning pizza oven, your own desert garden, fruit trees & much more!
During your stay our local property manager will be available to assist at any time!
OUR STORY
We purchased this house for our own personal use, as well as with the intent to share it with others when we aren't able to be using it. It was custom furnished as a home, not a rental, so we have spared no expense in making sure our guests will get full enjoyment of our home during their stay. It includes a fully equipped kitchen for those that enjoy cooking as much as we do! Some of the additional luxuries include a temperature controlled kettle, latte maker, Ninja blender and stand mixer to name a few.
The backyard is amazing, and after searching far and wide, we found a home with a 25M lap pool to fit with our lifestyle. We think it is the most amazing pool in the entire Palm Springs area! If you aren't a swimmer and enjoy more relaxing activities, we supply yoga mats and hand weights for those that enjoyed other activities.
If you prefer to lounge, the backyard is also a haven and if you find yourself indoors, enjoy our eclectic library and a variety of books. And if you must work, we have an office equipped with a wide screen monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse and wireless printer and scanner.
We hope you enjoy our home and expect you to take care of it as well as we would.

Minimum 31 day rental requirement must be met.
Rental contracts must be signed to include the names of all guests for the duration of your stay.
