Our gem is loaded with so many special views and easy access to some of the best food around! You will love being able to know you are secure 24/7 and your car has an assigned covered parking spots with storage. Where you just want to get away from the hubbub of the rest of the world and sit on your deck watch the surfers catching the waves at the famous K38 or sit back and enjoy listing to the waves as they roll in. Lay in bed and see the most fabulous sunset and sunrises. The moon and lights from across the way are awesome to watch. We visited our hometown neighbors who have lives in Rosarito for over 30 years and fell in love with the country. The beauty is really something else and so many wonderful places to eat! Puerto Nuevo the famous lobster village is just up the road, Splash makes one of the best Pina Colada's I have ever tasted and Popatola restaurant had me oooh and awwwwing over their coconut shrimp. This condo is located on the 10th floor with and boasts 2400 sq ft of luxurious living. The master bedroom is luxurious with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. There is also a built-in desk and a printer for you to use. King size bed and a couch, to read or watch the ocean while having the fireplace flickering for this special romantic evenings. The second bedroom is very spacious with two queen sized beds, bathroom with large shower and lots of closet space. There is also a guest powder room in the front hallway. Full size kitchen with ice maker, blender, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. Kitchen is set up to cook in, all you need to do is bring your own food and specialty items. There is also a barbecue on the deck for your dining pleasure if you decide you want to stay around instead of trying some of the awesome food that is so close to you. Please remember that this is not a motel/hotel you are staying in our home away from home and we will try to keep it as nice as possible for you. We ask that you abide by Club Marenea's rules and no loud music or parties as this is a residential complex. There are two two areas, on is for guests and the other is for owners or long term guests. No wet surfboards in the elevators, we do have a locked storage area by the vehicle space you may use. Absolutely NO SMOKING in or around the condo. Thank you for your patronage!
