Cloud Nine provides many areas to come together to talk and entertain and also intimate areas for some tranquil space and quiet time. On the ground level of the home you have a living area with large flat screen television, DVD player and a lovely private deck to admire the beautifully manicured native garden. Also downstairs are 3 bedrooms and main bathroom. Venturing upstairs you are greeted first by the magnificent views of Point Roadknight, stop for a moment to take all the beauty in. On a good day in mid-year you may even see whales as they begin their migration. Simply take a seat in the comfortable, spacious living room to enjoy that view or step out onto the deck to inhale that sea air. The sleek fully equipped kitchen has stone bench tops, Miele dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the cooking amenities required for the Jamie Oliver of the family. Meals can be served either in the dining or the 3rd deck situated off the kitchen at the front of the property. Also upstairs is the master bedroom and study with more ocean views and adjacent is the very generous en suite. Some other features include an open fire, ducted air-conditioning & heating, electric wall heaters in all bedrooms, double glazed windows, an extra powder room, outdoor shower and surround sound system.
