Casa Blanca is a newly designed and fully updated modern bungalow that embraces straight lines, an open floor plan, and a clean, neutral palette. This stylish home is perfect for friends, families and small group trips. You can’t beat this location - only 1 block from Gage Gardens and 2 blocks from downtown. This is the perfect home away from home while visiting Marathon and Big Bend.
We purchased this 1930’s bungalow in 2019 and spent two years and 5 months working with local contractors and even neighbors to complete an extensive renovation. The home is fully remodeled with a contemporary aesthetic and now setup as a short term rental.
Guests will instantly appreciate the new open floor plan which offers plenty of space to relax, share a meal and socialize. The home is nicely appointed with stylish edits throughout such as the subway tile backsplash and bath surrounds, the Art Deco floor tiles in bathroom, and the natural elements placed throughout for additional comfort.
Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen - ready for your home cooked meals, a coffee station with complimentary ground coffee, and a variety of cocktail ware.
