Everyone needs a little “Beach Therapy”!
This is beautifully updated and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom multi-level end unit Sea Castles townhome is conveniently located to all that Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island has to offer! Easy access to the beach and pool area as well as the many miles of biking trails make this a must stay vacation destination!
This wonderfully renovated and beautifully decorated townhome is located between the north and south end of the exclusive and prestigious Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach! Not only is it a convenient and central location for enjoying all that Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach have to offer, but also just a short driving distance to the destinations of Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Cumberland Island and Savannah for day trips!
Upon entering this fabulous end unit townhome, you immediately notice the attention to detail and care! There are two bedrooms downstairs with a fully updated bathroom with walk-in shower.
One bedroom has a queen bed with tv for relaxing as well as a large closet. The second downstairs bedroom has two twin beds as well as a trundle bed for the kids and a tv for entertainment.
The upstairs hosts the fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen, dining space for four, living room with balcony to feel those ocean breezes and a beautifully done master suite. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath that’s been fully updated with a tiled walk-in shower. The master retreat has a queen bed as well as a tv for your relaxing after a long day of sunning and swimming in the sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean and pool!
The beach is just a short five-minute walk across the street. The beach access (#31) is located at the end of our parking lot and directly across the street. Very easy and convenient!
Whether you choose to take a stroll along the ocean, relax by the pool, do a little sightseeing in the Historic downtown Fernandina Beach, enjoy the many fine area restaurants and shopping or do absolutely nothing but relax, come make this “Beach Therapy” Villa your paradise found!

Summary: We stayed at this home with our 3 year old and another small family. 4 adults and 3 kids 4 and under. We had a great experience with the location and home. It was a quick walk to the beach and we had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and the laundry room had beach towels, toys, and even a wagon. We opted not to bring our own beach chairs since the property had their own but wish we brought ours instead. The chairs are stored outside so have a lot of rust and one even broke while one of us was sitting in it on the beach. We were eager to take the kids to the pool but it was extremely dirty. It was full of green algae which made for unsafe and slippery surfaces We attempted a 2nd day and were informed by a bystander that someone had just put chemicals in and that it was unsafe to swim in. Had that resident not been there, we could have put small children in a pool with unsafe amounts of chemicals. Finally, after 3 days there and our cars being parked in the same spots the entire trip with no one else parked near us, we were verbally harassed by the HOA president and his wife about our parking. They were extremely rude in their delivery and funny enough weren’t even parked in the right spots for their unit. We let the host know about the pool and HOA president issues and she was quick to respond and inform me that this was not the first instance of them harassing guests.
