You'll be within walking distance to the Truckee River, River Ranch restaurant and bar, and Crest Cafe. Additionally, the condo is conveniently located near the “5 Lakes” hiking area and just minutes from Tahoe City, Olympic Valley, Palisades and the base of Alpine Meadows.
Enjoy the famous bike path along the Truckee River, which can take you to either Squaw Valley or Tahoe City, with the paved trail right outside your front door. Alternatively, grab your tube and float down the Truckee River from Tahoe City to River Ranch, just steps from your condo!
This newly renovated condo offers ample space for your entire group. The kitchen features granite tile countertops, solid oak flooring, and maple cabinetry. * Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults
