Situated in a mature quiet neirborhood, A Guge Private Gated Guest House, Open Floorplan, Huge Kitchen, Open Dining Room and Living Room. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 Private Covered Patios, Ideal for entertaining and for having privacy. This space was remodeled and the construction ended 11/17/2018. Elegant, Modern Design and Décor. Everything is new. It has a full kitchen. The House can accommodate 8 people. We have pots and pans, plates and silverware for 8.

Summary: Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I stay in a lot of VRBO’s and this isn’t one I’d stay at again.
