Our renovated Seagrove home is a comfortably furnished 4 bedroom, (2 rooms downstairs) 4 bathroom property that includes a 6-seater street legal golf cart, 4 beach chairs with 2 umbrellas (setup by an attendant every day from March-October 2022), 4 YOLO beach cruiser bikes and a gas grill.
Our coastal chic styled home also features a gorgeous kitchen with quartz countertops, top of the line appliances (including a gas range), 2 coffee makers (1 Keurig + 1 traditional), and wine chiller.
All 4 private bathrooms have quartz countertops and tile flooring.
Each bedroom and family room have smart TV's.
The home has beautiful gray washed hardwood floors throughout and a few unique barn doors for a touch of charm.
The screened-in front wrap-around porch includes a Polywood dining set, two rocking chairs, a comfy hanging rattan chair and decorative bulb lighting.
Located within walking distance of the beach and Seaside's shops/restaurants, Coastal Escape sits in the highly sought-after family friendly neighborhood of The Grove by the Sea. The neighborhood features picturesque beach cottages nestled among native palms and pines, a tennis court, basketball court and two community swimming pools with bathrooms and lounge furniture. The pool closest to the house is heated from 10/31 - 1/1 and 3/15 - 5/15.
