Our brand-new home is nestled in the Village of Shady Brook near Sawgrass and the upcoming East Port area. It is a blessing for us to offer you our home so you can enjoy all the Villages has to offer. Our Pebble Beach model is decorated with a modern Coastal theme. It has a nice-sized Primary Bedroom with an attached Bathroom with double sinks, a toilet, and a shower. It also has a nice walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are conveniently located on the opposite side of the home. There is a bathroom that accommodates both of those bedrooms. You will love the open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is plenty of room to relax, cook, eat, and watch TV with family or friends. The Saluki and Shady Brook Recreation Centers are just a few minutes away by golf cart. You will find a variety of fun things to enjoy at the recreation centers (swimming, pickleball, video games, fitness, golf, and so much more). There is a 4-seat golf cart available for your use. Disney and Universal are less than an hour away. The beaches are only a little over an hour away. We are here to answer any questions you have. Thanks for considering renting our beautiful home. We are Premier Hosts because we had a precious home in the Villages that we rented through VRBO. We had over 32 5-star ratings in 3 years. We’d love to have you stay in our home.
