The property includes 40 acres and for all you hunters out there, just minutes down the road is 5000± acres of huntable land. If fishing is more your style, you're just a 5 minute drive from Rock Creek. Flint Creek, Marshall Creek, & Georgetown Lake are just a few of the other fishing options in the area.This 806 sq ft cabin was recently updated to include a brand new kitchen with all new appliances. The cabin features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and sleeping area in the loft with a king bed and futon. While best suited for 4 people, it could sleep 6. There's a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Other updates include a new wraparound deck to relax as you enjoy the peace and privacy during your stay. Everyone is sure to find something they enjoy in the area.Guests have access to the cabin. Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was like brand-new with great kitchen appliances, comfortable beds, good heat (important in Montana Winter) and sitting in this beautiful valley right outside Philipsburg. The one bedroom is downstairs and the extra beds are in a loft upstairs. Our family celebrated Christmas here with our son who lives in the area. The communication with the property manager was great before the stay, during the stay, and after the stay.
