Modern 3-bedroom townhouse, the perfect holiday destination. A townhouse for families, friends getting together or a romantic weekend for two.
The open plan living downstairs has modern design furniture and is family friendly offering comfort and style. Air/Conditioning throughout making it very cool on those warm days. The living area flows to the patio with an entertaining area. The outdoor shower is fabulous, to wash of the slay and sand when you stroll back from Jimmy's Beach.
All bedrooms are located upstairs with the main having a private balcony and ensuite. All bedrooms have a wall mounted TV for personal use.

-No Wi-Fi.
-You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.
-Strict no party or function policy.
-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

Summary: Townhouse was as described, short stroll to the beach. Do be aware that the takeaway shops nearby only seem to do lunch, Pub near the other beach is a better bet for dinner! Would have been better if the house had WiFi but otherwise all good.
