The open living room has a comfy sectional couch that will be your favorite place to relax, you can also watch and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. There are cards, board games and a multi game table that can be used to play pool, air hockey, and table tennis.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, countertops and lots of cabinet and pantry space. The large table seats 8 comfortably. You can expect a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap & sponge, dishwasher detergent pods.
This home is a comfortable three-bedroom house, with two full baths.
The master bedroom includes a king bed with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, a dresser and lamp; it has two windows. You can open the curtains in the room to get natural light and a smart TV where you can stream your favorite movies and shows. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a vanity mirror. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up wipes.
The second bedroom features a queen bedroom with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, a lamp, a dresser, a smart TV where you can watch movies and one window. You can open the curtains in the room to get natural light outside.
The third bedroom features two single beds with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, a lamp and dresser is also available, and a smart TV.
There is a kids' cubby, in the family room, that has bean bag chairs, books and toys for the little one’s to enjoy while the whole family is relaxing.
The second bathroom has a shower tub combo, vanity mirror. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up wipes.
There is a laundry room is in the family room; there is a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets located on the washing machine.
The home has a fenced in backyard if you have pets or young children for playing. There is outdoor seating and a traditional charcoal BBQ pit. Across the street there is a park with a playground for walking and/or walking pets. If you love biking, there are two adult bikes in the shed that you can use to roam around the area.
Guest access
We have a doorbell camera and security cameras that monitor the front & back of the property. No cameras are in the house. We have a smart lock door and an email will be sent with door code instructions the day of check in. You will have access to the entire home. For parking, please be courteous to our neighbors. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street around the house.
Other things to note

• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.
• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 11 PM - 7 AM.
• Only park in the designated areas.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• Pets are allowed inside the premises.
• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.
• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
