Central to many facilities in Bendigo, this 3 bedroom home has 2 bathrooms (ensuite and WIR in the main bedroom). There are 2 large living areas situated away from each other, separate dining room and generously sized kitchen. Family bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. The rear yard is secure, with a large undercover verandah, outdoor table with seating for six, and a private, well maintained garden. There's a single carport, space for an extra car in the driveway, and plenty of free on-street parking.
A classic Californian Bungalow named Eydon, the home has many beautiful period features, including polished floorboards, leadlight windows, and high, decorative ceilings. Summary: we were very happy with the accommodation, disappointed there was no BBQ, and we bought our own. Also, we were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi. That was not individual but, none of us could. The address comes up as 55 but instructions say 57.
