Sunsets at Rosemary is a quaint 600sqft, 1BR/1BA carriage house in Rosemary Beach, just off Hwy 30A. Only a short walk from beach access and Barrett Square, you will be in the center of it all! This lovely home offers comfortable furnishings with gorgeous hardwood flooring and a fully equipped kitchen. The King bedroom suite sleeps 2 guests, and the sleeper sofa 1 adult or 2 small children comfortably. There is onsite parking for one vehicle during your stay. Plan your daytime adventures at the beach while enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the Rosemary Beach community. Coquina Pool: Near the beach, it's an infinity edge pool presided over by triangular stucco building which includes men's and women's changing rooms. Open daily from 9am to 9pm.
Sky Pool: Indoor pool with a retractable roof. The pool deck features radiant heating for the winter months and three swim lanes. Open daily from 6am to 10pm. Adult only hours are 6am-9am and 8pm-10pm.
Barbados Pool: Outdoor Pool immediately recognizable by its copper roof and fountain, located on the south west section of Rosemary Beach and features a small children's pool. Open Daily from 9am to 9pm.
Cabana Pool: Outdoor pool with Mediterranean design, cabana style dressing rooms and a separate children's pool. A playground for kids adjoins it. Open Daily from 9am to 9pm.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
