Welcome to the the Corpus Christi Pearl! With peak-a-boo views of Corpus Christi Bay from many spots in our house, our house is the perfect place to relax! We are located on Ocean Drive, minutes from downtown and Doddridge Park, 5 miles to Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, and 15 miles to Whitecap Beach! Our home can sleep up to 14 people in our 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home. With water views, outdoor living space, and beautiful kitchen, our home will provide the relaxing getaway you deserve!
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door. Once inside, you'll see the staircase which will take you up to the living spaces upstairs. If you go down the hallway, you'll see the bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom you'll see is the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features two queens and there are two twin-over-double bunk beds in the third bedroom. You'll also find a full shared bathroom in the hallway. At the end of the hallway is a den which features a mini-fridge, futon and french doors that open to the fenced in backyard and patio. There is also a hot tub and a piano for you to enjoy!
Upstairs features the rest of the living spaces and spacious balcony. The full-size kitchen is on the right of the landing. Here, you'll find a refrigerator, stove, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to make a full meal! There are three stools at the island and a large dining table with two benches so everyone can sit together! To the left of the staircase is the large living room, with two seating areas and peek-a-boo views of the ocean! The cozy couches and armchairs provide a perfect place to kick back and relax while catching up with friends, or watching TV on the SmartTV. There is an additional half bathroom upstairs.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Other Things to Note:
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a dog friendly home, no cats are allowed in the property. 2 dogs max. Dogs must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $150 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
