Nestled in the Historic District the beach is just one block away and a short walk gets you to the Washington Street Pedestrian Mall, shopping, restaurants, a market, and numerous points of interest. Sleeps 10, with 2,400 sq ft of living space including 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, large fully equipped gourmet kitchen, laundry facilities and outdoor shower. High speed internet (1 Gig!) for all your IT devices, including those video conferences you can't get away from! Cathedral ceilings show off an expansive great room with a dining table that seats 10, perfect for that Thanksgiving or holiday dinner. Spiral staircase leads to a second floor, with two bedrooms and one full bath. Includes a large yard with patio. Great for kids, lawn games and outdoor barbeques. The Shore Thing includes central air and heat for year-round comfort. Summary: Wonderful space for comfortable family hangout. Great room for eating together and playing games. Location perfect for everyone to enjoy a stretch of the legs to do what they like. House was a great size for everyone to have a little of their own space, too. Had a beautiful Easter weekend with the family thanks to this homeowner.
