This charming bungalow, built in 1953, has been renovated and is nestled in a family focused neighborhood. It's conveniently located near I-30 and Hulen St, south of Arlington Heights High School. You can walk to Starbucks, Central Market and Chapel Hill Shopping Center.
It's 4-7 minutes to: Will Rodgers Coliseum & Memorial Center, Dickies Arena, the Museums on Montgomery St. & Camp Bowie Blvd W. 7th Street entertainment district, UNT Health Science Center, Botanic Gardens & Trinity Park, Fort Worth Zoo & Log Cabin Village, TCU, Colonial Golf Course, Panther Island Pavilion, Downtown and The Shops at Clearfork.

en suite bathroom with a shower. The front bedroom has 2 Full size vintage beds.. The middle bedroom has a Full size wooden antique bed. the hall bathroom, with a tub/shower, is located adjacent to these bedrooms. The landscaped backyard, patio and deck provide a great place to hang out with plenty of privacy.
There is a washer and dryer available. Free WiFi allows internet connection throughout the house for all your devices. A long driveway provides off street parking. There are two Queen-size air mattresses, a card table and four chairs available to accommodate extra guests. Although we do not allow pets in the house, there is a pet resort 1/2 block away.
