ABOUT THE SPACE
This decidedly European apartment boasts of clean lines and superior amenities! The open and flowing floor plan features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms have queen-sized wooden beds. Two bedrooms come with attached bathrooms and there is a common guest bathroom. Overlooking the grand arch (an Arc De Triomphe look-alike) and a verdant central spine, this home is quiet, airy, and gets plenty of natural light.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is the heart of the home and flows into the dining and living areas. The sparkling white kitchen is classically European with thoughtful and hard-to-find touches such as an overhead microwave oven, a cavernous refrigerator (with a huge freezer section), a gas cook-top, a water purifier, and tall pantry units.
KITCHEN UTILITY
Connected to the kitchen is a utility area that houses a large sink for dirty dishes, a dishwasher, and a fully automatic front-loading washing machine. Our kitchen comes equipped with basic cookware (pots, pans, etc.), cutlery, and dinner place settings for 6 people. There are coffee mugs, beer mugs, and glass tumblers. You'll also find a water purifier, an electric kettle and even a hand blender.
DINING
Coming to the dining area... the elegant glass-top dining table by Urban Ladder has 6 upholstered dining chairs. The dining table can be collapsed to be a 4-seater if you don't need the extra seats. The dining area opens out to the kitchen and living area The dining area features a classy ceiling fan with an LED downlight (and it's own remote to switch colors!).
LIVING
The living room showcases contemporary fabric sofas (3+2 seaters), coordinated with complementary cushions, an area rug, an entertainment unit, a coffee table, end tables, and a bookshelf. A 43" LED TV paired with a DTH set top box is available for your entertainment. Through sliding doors, the living room opens out to the balcony.
BALCONY
Sip your morning coffee, enjoy the bird songs, and soak in the sunshine in the east-facing balcony! Soak in the grand views and greenery from this space. The balcony also doubles up as a place to dry your laundry (rack provided). To keep mosquitoes, noise, and dust out, we've even provided large sliding windows with a built-in wire mesh screen.

A power extension cord (provided) keeps all your devices fully charged and accessible. A 3-section sliding wardrobe (with clothes hangers) gives you ample space to store your stuff; it has pull-out lockable drawers to organize your clothes and personal belongings. A large east-facing bedroom window maximizes natural sunlight and is embellished with wooden blinds for privacy. For those hot nights, a ceiling fan and a split air conditioner are at your disposal. Yes, we have that too ;-) This bedroom comes with an attached bathroom, complete with a western toilet, hot-water shower enclosure with a shower curtain, a sink, and a mirrored vanity cabinet.

A 2-section sliding wardrobe (with clothes hangers) gives you ample space to store your stuff; it has pull-out lockable drawers to organize your clothes and personal belongings. This bedroom comes with an attached bathroom, complete with a western toilet, hot-water shower enclosure with a shower curtain, a sink, and a mirrored vanity cabinet. BEDROOM 3 - 127 sq ft

EXTENDED-STAY GUESTS: THINGS TO NOTE
▣ The kitchen comes equipped with basic cookware (pots, pans, etc.), cutlery, and dinner place settings for 6 people. There are coffee mugs, beer mugs, and glass tumblers.
▣ You'll also find a water purifier, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a hand blender. Feel free to use whatever tea/coffee/sugar/spices etc. you find in the pantry (left over by previous guests). As a courtesy to the next guest, please do replenish before you leave.
▣ Since our place is mainly designed for extended-stay guests, it is important for us to be on the same page as far as "Essentials" (towels, bedsheets, soap, and toilet paper) are concerned. Both bathrooms will have cotton towels (bath and hand). We'll provide a complimentary bar of soap, a bottle of shampoo, and a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once the initial supply is exhausted, the subsequent replenishment will be the guest's responsibility.
▣ All bedrooms will have bedsheets, pillows (with pillowcases), and a comforter/blanket. It'll be the guest's responsibility to run the bed linen, towels, etc. in the washing machine at least once every two weeks (if not more).
▣ An initial complimentary supply of laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, scrubbers, and cleaning solutions will be provided but please replenish once they're used up.
▣ You're free to use the available brooms and mops for day-to-day cleaning. There is no maid service.
▣ If advance notice is provided, we can also help you hire a maid (hopefully English speaking) for regular dusting and cleaning. If you do use the services of a maid, please be sure to secure your valuables and as far as possible, let them in only when you're present.
▣ Free Wi-Fi internet is provided but if you have specific speed/data needs, they can be arranged and you'll only have to pay the difference in plan tariffs. Same goes for Dish TV, the complimentary DTH service that is provided.
▣ If you'll be using the car park, we'll need to know in advance so that we can arrange for the parking permit. (Extended Stay guests for 90+ nights only)
▣ If you have to, please introduce yourselves to the neighbors and security as the host’s tenants or friends, not VRBO guests.
