Cliffside Cabin is a welcoming waterfront location ideal for a relaxing home base for your vacation. It is located on Goodyear Lake, near Cooperstown, NY, in a quiet, family-oriented residential area. The property has its own private dock for swimming and fishing. This unit contains 2-3 bedrooms (There are 3 individual bedrooms, but the upstairs king bedroom and twin bedroom are adjoining, and are separated only by a curtain - see the photos) There are 2.5 baths. This home gives you room to spread out, relax and enjoy the waterfront views. The kitchen has Tuscan glazed cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are ceramic tile floors in main areas of the first floor and carpet in the bedrooms. The walls and ceilings are finished with V-groove pine boards . There is a ramp in addition to stairs to access the house. There is a bedroom featuring a queen size bed on the first floor and adjoining bedrooms with a king size bed and two twin beds on the second floor. There is a full bathroom on the first floor, and a full and half bath on the second floor. The house has central air conditioning, off street parking, and a gas BBQ grill for your use. This home features a deck off the living room and a second floor balcony off the king bedroom – both overlooking the water. There is a large (55" or larger) flat screen smart Roku TV in the living room, and flat screen smart Roku TV's in every bedroom. PLEASE NOTE: This is a lock-off unit in a larger house. There is an additional bedroom with a king size bed and an additional bathroom that can be added to the rental to sleep up to 8 guests (6 privately) if you have a larger group. Please inquire for pricing if you need the larger configuration. Due to social distancing concerns, we will only rent to one group at a time. If you choose the configuration offered in this listing, we will not rent the smaller unit to another group during your stay. This is a locally owned and operated property. I live within 15 minutes of the home and I am available by phone or text at anytime for questions or concerns. You will be personally greeted at the property to be checked in and given the keys. This is a quiet, family oriented, residential neighborhood, perfect for the family that is looking for quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. There are taxis, Uber and Lyft, but they are not plentiful, nor always available, so having your own transportation is best. We've always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces. We have increased cleaning supply orders utilizing CDC-recommended disinfectants to be sure we have the necessary product on hand to prepare your unit prior to your stay. Because of the extra steps necessary to prepare your unit, will are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.
