This 3 bedroom home has stunning views across Western Port to Phillip Island, The Nobbies, Seal Rocks and the Flinders Pier with private beach access and only a short walk along the beach to the charming village of Flinders.
The main living room has a split system for heating and cooling as well as a combustion wood fire. The kitchen maintains its original layout with all new appliances. The dining table seats up to 10 people.
There are 3 bedrooms: The two queen bedrooms are small but adequate with room for hanging and storage. The bunk room is spacious with a large wardrobe, drawers and a desk.
There is a family bathroom, plus an additional toilet and a second shower. The laundry has a new washing machine and dryer with a large sink area.
Outside there is a dining table (undercover) which seats 8. There is also a large deck with corner couch and coffee table enjoying 180 degree sea views. There are steps leading from the deck down to the beach with an outdoor shower.
Please note linen is not supplied, so bring your own sheets, pillow slips and towels however all doonas, doona covers, pillows, bathmats and tea towels are provided. Or guests can arrange delivery of linen from a local supplier e.g. BayLinen.
