Located at Siesta Beach House, 5950 Midnight Pass Road, Unit 302, this breathtaking modernly updated Townhouse, is just steps from the PRIVATE beach entrance. Not crowded beaches like the public and just 50 yards away from the condo. Totally renovated top to bottom, with new Italian sleek design everywhere makes this unit a one of a kind, and the best unit in the complex. (Well and Unit 313 and 314 also, but that is mine and for rent as well. (See VRBO #809819 and 2265480)

This unit features 2 bedrooms and 3 full baths, comfortably sleeping 8. Complete with washer and dryer inside the unit, this added comfort will avoid having to waste valuable vacation time at the laundry facilities!
The downstairs features a gorgeous blue kitchen of Italian design and stainless steel appliances, which the pictures do not do it justice! Spacious kitchen dinning table makes it possible to enjoy a family meal together. Dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glasses and everything you need in a kitchen is provided here to make you feel comfortable and at home.
Downstairs you can also relax on the beautiful sofa, which opens into a queen size bed with comfortable and new memory foam mattress. This is not one of those uncomfortable "sofa beds"...you will not even realize you are sleeping on a sofa. And the full bathroom with shower downstairs, provides comfort for any guests sleeping downstairs.

Play cards or have breakfast in the downstairs table by the large sliding hurricane proof sliding glass doors by the front of the unit in the 42 inch round table with colorful and comfortable chairs.
The master bedroom is breathtakingly decorated with a sleek, Italian made King size bed, matching dresser, mirror and night stands. Sleep like a baby on these new memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom also has a full bathroom and shower. Hard wood floors throughout. A large smart TV also available in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom comfortably sleeps 4. One full sized bed and matching twin size bunk beds all with memory foam mattresses. The full dresser provides plenty of storage space along with a full closet. Flat screen smart-TV on the wall also with X-finity cable.
This second room is serviced by a full sized, bathroom with shower located in the hallway of the upstairs level.
For your comfort and peace of mind, all our beds are covered with Duvets and duvet covers, so you know you have a clean bed as these are changed with every guest. NO DIRTY COMFORTERS HERE! T In this unit, you won't have to worry about dirty comforters nor will you have to toss them on the ground as soon as you arrive. Feel like you are in a hotel, but much homier. This unit is also tile throughout and no dirty, smelly carpets here either! (WE did this before COVID-19 because cleanliness has always been important to me)
Just a short walk to the private beach will find you in enjoying the most beautiful beaches of the United States. Beach chairs (lounges and sitting) are exclusively provided to the guests of Siesta Beach House on the beach at no cost. No need to carry your chairs to the beach here, we have them there for your comfort and convenience.
The unit also has a very comfortable beach cart, umbrella, beach toys and cooler. Use the cart to conveniently carry your beach items. Beach towels are also provided as part of our exclusive amenities.
Want to take a break from the beach? SBH also has a heated pool, shuffle board courts and grills behind the unit. Grilling utensils are also provided.

The condo is close to the village where you can find top notch restaurants, including some of my favorites: Sun Garden Café and The Cottage. For the best wings in town and fresh seafood, SKOB (Siesta Key Oyster Bar) is second to none!
All linens and towels are provided, including beach towels! We provide starter package of laundry detergent and dish washer liquid. Toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap in all the bathrooms are also provided. Please bring your own toiletries. We do not provide shampoo or conditioner. We do provide hand soap in the bathrooms.
There is a hair dryer in the unit, iron and ironing board.
