This recently renovated duplex is your new home away from home. This house is centrally located and within minutes of major freeways, shopping centers, hospitals, and popular restaurants. If you are interested in simply kicking back in your free time, you will love the clean and modern interior with quite possibly the world’s most comfortable beds.
The space
This is a two-story duplex, with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
The first floor contains a fully stocked kitchen ready for all your meal prep. The living room includes a cozy reading corner to enjoy your morning coffee. Then, maximize your evening relaxing with the 50” Amazon Fire TV that is ready for all your streaming platforms. There is also a fully equipped laundry room and a half bathroom on the first floor.
All bedrooms are on the upper floor. The master and guest bedrooms have luxurious queen size beds. The third bedroom has a futon sofa bed which can be folded down, as well as a desk for remote working or catching up on your to-do’s.
Please note that guests must climb stairs to access the front door, as well as the bedrooms on the second floor.
