Super clean, private, and relaxing, this getaway home is designed for four-to-six adults or visitors who find themselves in Chippewa Lake for a special event or business. A mature, well-trained dog will be considered. Situated on a quiet street with friendly neighbors, this home is just one house away from Chippewa Lake and the community park overlooking the lake. A 15-minute walk (or 5-minute ride) gets you to the beautiful historic Oaks Restaurant for lakeside fine dining with sunsets that rival any you've ever seen! Enjoy your morning coffee on the wooded deck overlooking McCabe Creek or take a refreshing stroll along the lake or on one of the nearby walking trails. No car needed! The kitchen is fully stocked with new cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc and the home is appointed with new furniture, bedding, and decor designed for your comfort and relaxation. The cheery and relaxing vibe will make you feel right at home the minute you walk through the door. Relax in front the new 55" Bravia OLED TV for streaming favorite shows on YouTubeTV. In the evening, pour a glass of wine and relax on the back deck overlooking McCabe Creek or at the fire pit. A Sonos music system is wired throughout the home, deck and fire pit areas. Two guest bedrooms are appointed with new DreamCloud mattresses and the master bedroom's new Nectar memory foam king mattress will treat you to an amazing night's sleep. The downstairs twin beds are XL to better accommodate adults who may not want to go up stairs. The house is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and all bedding is washed, including mattress pads, after every booking in accordance with AHLA SafeStay guidelines.
