Carpets are professionally cleaned monthly and home is treated for insects quarterly.

The guest suite is a bright and beautiful 450 sq. ft. private 2 bedroom/1bathroom guest suite. It has 2 queen beds with brand new mattresses, a mini-fridge, a microwave, & a TV in each bedroom. The bathroom (sink, toilet, and shower) has bath amenities (e.g body wash, shampoo, conditioner) for your convenience.
There is sometimes a normal level of everyday household sounds during the day. For guests sensitive to sounds, this may not be an ideal place.

This is a 2 bed/1 bath guest suite with minor essentials. You will ONLY have access to the guest suite. There is NO kitchen in this listing. Come and go as you please with the access code to the private entrance that is provided on the day of your stay.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any issues, concerns, or questions. I am usually available through the app; however, sometimes, I may have limited cell reception, so I will respond to your message as soon as possible.
Please notify me immediately if you are experiencing an issue at the property AND give me ample time to correct it. I work very hard to make sure every stay is top-notch, so I will do my best to correct any issue you may experience.
Concierge services are available to make your stay more memorable/ enjoyable: Private Chef, in-home massage therapist, musicians, private wine tastings from a local winery, and/or have the bar and/or refrigerator pre-stocked for additional service fees.

The neighborhood is quiet and a safe area in Lubbock. It is within walking distance (5 blocks) to a local elementary school with a playground perfect for kids when the weather is nice. Also, this is a great spot to take a walk or take your furry friend for a walk. This is a neighborhood with families, so please be aware that some of the neighbors may have children playing outside at their property or in the neighborhood at some point during your stay if the weather is nice.
A prime location to get anywhere quickly and feel comfortable during your stay. Less than five minutes from the mall for shopping and many local (Red Zone Cafe, 50th Street Caboose, Picantes, etc.) and chain restaurants (Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Cheesecake Factory, Canes, Whataburger, etc.). Marsha Sharp and Loop 289 are also very close so you can easily get where you need to go anywhere in or around Lubbock. Additionally, this property is an approximately 5-minute drive to University Medical Center (UMC), Texas Tech University (TTU), Covenant Hospital, and other clinics around Covenant Hospital.
We DO NOT provide refunds based on your thoughts that the neighborhood or area is "bad." Before booking, the area is provided to you. If, despite our excellent star rating, you are concerned that this listing, or any listing, might be located in a "bad" area, you should consult the Lubbock interactive crime map online at the City of Lubbock Police Department website.
Uber/Lyft is easily accessible. Public transit is nearby (within one block) however I would recommend driving or taking an Uber in Lubbock.
All parking is on the street in front of the house.
If you need to load or unload and the driveway is empty, just let me know in advance that you will be using the driveway for a short period. Please do not park in the driveway for an extended period of time as I may need to access the garage.
Additional things to note:
**Please be sure to park with the flow of traffic as Lubbock code enforcement patrols heavily to ensure vehicles are correctly parked on city streets.
