Only five minutes to the town of Littleton and 15 minutes to the town of Lincoln . Close to hiking, skiing, snowmobile trails, golfing, Lakes, rivers, Fun Family attractions and a water park just to name a few. Layout is as follows : BASEMENT : walk out finished basement with Family room , (Equipped with a large flat screen TV bumper pool table DVD and Wii gaming system) Wood stove, Half kitchen, bedroom with a ( full bottom bunk, twin upper bunk and a pull out trundle bed ) full bathroom and washer and dryer. MAIN LEVEL: Open concept living area, Cozy Gas fireplace dining room, kitchen, bedroom (queen bed) and full bath. THIRD FLOOR: has two comfortable bedrooms one with a ( king bed ) and One with a (trundle style twin bed that converts to a king and also a separate twin bed ) and a half bath. All rooms are equipped with a flat screen smart TV and WiFi. Outside has a Large walk around deck and grill. The town also has a Community pool, Park, and basketball court.
