Positive: The apartment and building are skillfully designed, blending aesthetics and functionality. The balcony offers stunning sea views, enabling residents to appreciate the Black sea’s beauty from their outdoor space.
Negative: The property was neither clean nor dirty, but somewhat in between. There were insufficient pots and pans, and we had to wash all the cutlery due to soap spots. The hand soap was not replenished, and there were no shower gels in the bathrooms. Typically, owners provide at least a bottle of water, but this was not the case here. Upon entering, there was an overwhelming scent of air fresheners, so we had to remove them and wait for the smell to dissipate.
