The sunroom off the kitchen overlooks the large backyard and the home also offers great amenities such as an enclosed outdoor shower, wireless internet and a charcoal grill. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: 1. Great in town location and close to the pier. 2. Good layout for a family. 3. Attentive rental agent tried to take care of problems mentioned in the Cons. Cons: 1. Most mattresses were uncomfortable, either too hard or too soft. 2. Downstairs bathroom was dirty, moldy shower and mat, urine smelling floor. 3. Upstairs bedroom carpet smelled like animal urine. 4. 6 faulty lightbulbs. 5. House very cluttered.
