Escape to the sunny Okanagan and enjoy the best of BC's wine country in a classic waterfront cottage. This lovely three bedroom home on Vaseux Lake has all the modern amenities with a mid-century modern touch. It is 1/4 acre of lakefront with private sandy beach, dock and floating raft - great for lounging, swimming or fishing. The spacious backyard has an outdoor fire pit, grassy area, and a large deck with barbeque. The main floor offers a fully stocked kitchen, seven appliances, wifi, Smart TV with dvd/vcr, stereo/record player, the bathroom, a bedroom with king size bed and a loft with a queen size bed. The largest bedroom, with a queen size bed and single bunk beds, is downstairs with an exterior entrance. We are on the East side of Vaseux Lake, just off highway 97, between OK Falls and Oliver. Oliver is 15 minutes South, and Penticton is 20 minutes North of our cottage. We are close to great outdoor recreation: Kettle Valley Railway, golf courses, hiking and climbing, as well as excellent wine and culinary touring options with over 100 wineries, great restaurants and numerous festivals nearby throughout the summer. Motorized vehicles are not permitted on Vaseux Lake.
