ABOUT THE COTTAGE
Recent remodel plus a new master bedroom & bath; your abode is cozy and spotlessly clean. Contemporary, tasteful decor, cool bamboo flooring, top end quilted queen beds, floor to ceiling lakeside glass make this property one of the most appealing rentals on the lake.
The space is a romantic retreat for two or a peaceful get away to be shared with another couple or close friends. Also ideal for a small family looking for a no stress vacation. The master bedroom is conveniently separated just a few steps away from the main cottage, providing privacy and comfort. The other queen bed is situated within the studio style main cottage with full on views of the lake and sunsets. If desired a mobile screen is offered to separate this space. Wireless internet, spacious lakeview deck, Weber BBQ complete the home.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The property is located at the approximate halfway mark on the 26-mile lake and is situated on the sunny, secluded, east side. By car, scenic Highway 97 guides you to your cottage. Exit onto a spacious access drive, where you can store your boat trailer and find plenty of additional parking.
What awaits is over 100 ft of classic Lake Coeur d'Alene waterfront. The manicured lawn which overlooks the beach, lake, and surrounding mountains is a perfect landing spot for early morning coffee or afternoon wine. The pebble beach, firepit & beach toys (paddle board, kayaks, water skis, wakeboards) are for guest use. Sunbathing, fishing, golfing or just swimming off of the 700 ft "Trex" dock are simple options.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Your cottage is just two miles from Carlin Bay. Launch your personal watercraft here or rent your own from Harrison Boat Rentals. Carlin Bay Latitudes food truck is a must stop for takeout or dining on the dock; lobster roll, local brews and a robust kids menu offered by day and an award-winning Prime Rib dockside dinner and wine pairing, with live music presented every Thursday and Friday nights (must book very early).
Back home your private dock is your pathway to adventure. Harrison Boat Rentals delivers your personal watercraft (Jet Skis, Pontoon or Speed Boat) directly to your personal slip.
