This delightful cottage sits within beautiful gardens ideal for a relaxed holiday. Open plan living/dining and country style kitchen, all link to outdoor entertaining area, including Foxtel in living and the master bedroom.
Only a few minutes walk to the town for your morning supplies and coffee (which you can sip on the iconic front veranda) or walk the 100 metres to the beach. Plenty of walking paths, reserves and beaches nearby.

Summary: The property was ideally located near the beach and shops .Given it is an older property it has lost some of its sparkle but still quite comfortable. Overhead fans in the bedrooms would be a welcome addition as well as functioning security doors that you could lock and allow cool sea breezes in during the day and night. Also the garden could do with some love and attention to improve the ambience of the surrounds.
