Easily go from racing down the slopes to relaxing in front of your wood-burning fireplace as you look out over the fishing ponds outside your window when you stay at the Claim Jumpers. Claim Jumper #10 is a three-bedroom deluxe townhouse that sleeps up to 12. The Claim Jumpers are between the river and the kids’ fishing ponds and are considered to be a Ski In/Out location. The front door opens to a spacious living/dining area with a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided) and a flat-screen TV. Next to the dining table is a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen, WASHER & DRYER, and a half bath. On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and a private bathroom (tub/shower). The master bedroom also has a private balcony with a view of the mountain. The 3rd-floor loft contains a queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room downstairs. The property has a total of 1310 square feet. The unit is equipped with Direct TV. WiFi, Each Claim Jumper unit has 2 dedicated parking spots. All other vehicles will need to park off the property. There is NO trailer parking allowed at the Claim Jumpers. All Claim Jumper properties are non-smoking. Please wash or start dishwasher and take out trash before leaving property. Please don't adjust refrigerator temperature. Please leave temperature on heater at 55 degrees before leaving property.
