Positive: Right at the edge of the old town (5-10 min walk to Piazza della Vittoria), in a nice tree-covered and surprisingly quiet cobblestone street. Free water, yogurt and snacks available. The place could not be cleaner, spotless. From a strictly practical point of view, it had everything I needed, and was comfortable (but see below)
Negative: I had a good experience, but for the sake of a helpful review I must say I feel the posting is misleading: you do get a room with private bathroom, but in an 3-room apartment with a shared kitchen and common area (the word "shared kitchen" is deep in the fine print). I was lucky because I was the only guest at the time, but I'm sure that if there had been other guests in the apartment it would have not been as quiet through those room doors, really close to one another. The check-in process is a mess. You need to use a stupidly glitchy app to submit your information and passport photos to even get the code to enter. I had to contact the host because I had almost no cellphone service, so he could send me the wifi password and I could connect from the sidewalk. Still, the app was so glitchy that it wouldn't take my passport's country, so I had to enter something different. The host ended up coming in person to facilitate the entrance, which defeats the whole purpose.
