Positive: It was very easy to go around as it is located at business center of Bacolod. Very convenient. The place looks cozy, smaller compared to other condos we've checked in but enough for a family of 3.
Negative: There were still trash on the garbage bin probably from previous occupant. The internet is disconnecting from time to time. You have to use your own account to enjoy streaming on the TV. The aircon is leaking from the inside but they had a container to catch the water and placed a mat to stop the water from wetting the floor. Not too bad though, did not stop us from having a comfortable stay. We still had relaxing time during your stay :)
