Positive: cityhub's concept of "boutique hostel" is really great and you get some premium features like prime location, comfortable beds and great design of spaces at a reasonable price.
Negative: The app which was used to control the lights and the ventilation in our hub was not working and they could not fix it during our stay. Hence, the room was pretty hot and out sleep was not as good as it could have been. They offered us a ventilator but it was very noisy and we had to switch it off during the night. There was a smell of mould from the toilets on the ground floor, not super strong but still quite unpleasant. The drain of one of the showers in the shared bathrooms was clogged and, by the end of the shower, the water was all over the bathroom. None of these is a major flaw, but definitely something you would not expect from a "boutique hostel" like cityhub. I am sure they have already fixed all these problems but, still, they took away a bit from the comfort of our stay.
