Grand studio de 31 m², en rez-de-chaussée et à 3min à pieds de la Tour de Montlhéry, agencé et meublé avec soin, thème : "Grandes capitales". La cuisine ouverte est totalement équipée en électroménager et comporte de nombreux rangements et accessoires. Tout le nécessaire pour y vivre est déjà présent. Spacieux salon avec canapé, TV connectée. Grandes bibliothèques et coin bureau. Coin chambre avec un lit, un grand dressing. La salle de bain tout confort !
Situé à 500m de la tour de Montlhéry et à 200m de la mairie et des commerces, dans un petit immeuble de 4 étages.
Ses 31 m² sont agencés et meublés avec soin. Je l’ai réalisé comme pour moi. Il profite d’un accès facilité et sans escaliers grâce à son positionnement en rez de chaussée.
Il a été intégralement rénové par des professionnels en 2021, et re-décoré en 2023 sur le thème des "Capitales du monde" :-)

Elle comporte de nombreux rangements, un évier en granit, un micro-onde combiné four intégré, une plaque à induction 2 feux, une hotte aspirante et un grand réfrigérateur avec distributeur d’eau et congélateur 3 bacs en partie basse, machine à café Nespresso. Tout le nécessaire pour y vivre est déjà présent : Assiettes, verres, couverts, plats, poêles, casseroles, ustensiles de cuisine, aspirateur sans sac, etc...

Le meuble de salle de bain est mis en valeur avec 4 grands miroirs qui font office de rangement ; ils sont éclairés en Led. Une grande douche de 80cm vous permet d’être à l’aise avec une entrée via 2 portes coulissantes en angle. Un WC suspendu, un grand sèche serviette design et un lave-linge complètent cette pièce.
L’intégralité des objets et meubles du studio sont neufs de 2021 et 2023.
Une attention particulière a été portée à l’éclairage, chaud et jamais éblouissant.
