Positive: The apartment is suuuepr comfortable and in a great location, only 2 minutes walking from a metro line that connected to downtown. Yes, the building hall it's a little dirty and smelly because the garbage bins are stored in the ground level, but nothing too bad. The apartment has everything you need. Definitely recommend
Negative: One of the rooms is a bit noisy due to an AC motor outside but it's white noise and it stops around 11pm
