Welcome to City Escape Lakehouse, the most breathtaking, serene property with some of the best views on Lake LBJ! This newly constructed lake house is the ideal getaway for multiple families, friends or a long-term place to call home. This exquisite home is beautifully decorated and radiates joy from the moment you enter. Guests are immediately greeted with awe-inspiring views of the lake and immediately the calming effects this house delivers sets in.
With sleeping accommodations for 11, this home comes with 3 spacious bedrooms, paired with 3 full bathrooms, giving way to hours of relaxation and serenity. The exceptionally large open concept living and kitchen area looks out onto the lake and is ideal for large gatherings. Equipped with everything you need for cooking memorable meals, including an outdoor gas grill, the kitchen is spacious and contains a large island with seating for 4 with the adjoining dining table accommodating another 8 guests. The large living area boasts a 60” TV with full cable, comfy couches, chairs, and plenty of side tables for card and board games.
Every bedroom comes with a 60” TV, with cable service plus ROKU. Log into Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, Hulu, and more through our high-speed Wi-Fi. With a full view of the lake, the primary bedroom offers a King size bed, a huge bathroom, and an expansive chaise lounge. The second large bedroom boasts spectacular views of the lake and includes a King bed plus a Queen sleeper sofa, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bunk room sleeps 5-6 people with twin bunks, a standalone twin bed plus a queen-sized standalone bed.
Sunrise and sunset are spectacular. At night relax in Adirondack chairs while enjoying s'mores at the custom fire pit. For the fisherman at heart, cast fishing poles directly at the water's edge and hook a bass. Bring your own boat or water toys, or rent them through Splash Boat Rental (book in advance during the summer season). They will deliver right to our dock, making it easy for you to enjoy throughout your vacation.
This home is in close proximity to family-friendly restaurants, pizzerias, shopping, coffee shops all within walking distance of the house. Famous for live music, incredible burgers and pizza, and a Texas-sized bar and just pure fun, Boat Town is a 5-minute WALK from the house. Another bonus is H-E-B, Texas's biggest grocery store chain is less ½ mile from the house. Steps from the driveway is a 1-mile paved walking trail that shows native wildflowers and leads you to a school playground open on weekends and all summer long.
This single-story home is ADA compliant, with large hallways, door frames, and hardwood floors, easy for wheelchairs (and strollers too) to wheel throughout. We are delighted to recommend services like personal massages and recommend nearby excursions to vineyards, hill country, concert venues, nighttime BOW fishing and so much more.
We love our neighbors and want to be extremely considerate of their peace and property! Noise curfew is in effect from 10pm-8am.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 11 guests. We manage several nearby rental properties and therefore often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
