Positive: New modern villa with nice interior and good location
Negative: 1. There was no proper welcoming,instructions to follow so we could enter the villa. 2. Very bad first impression - the floor was dusty and dirty in some rooms - it looked like there was nobody in the house for 2-3 months. Spider nets in several places in the house. After our complaint they sent the cleaning company ,but its too late - we are in the house - how can they clean now? 3. We had to find ourselves what is the wifi password 4. We had to call the host to explain us how to watch TV. 5. There is fireplace,but the firewoods were missing - so we gad to find woods ourself. 6Yes,there is pool outside- cold and we could not use it. They did not try to heat it or just to tell us that the water is cold in advance. When we decided to go to Banya we thought that we will use mineral water in the pool or at least it would be warm. This was the biggest disappointment. So the whole stay in this villa with pool made no sense. We paid so much money for something we did not use. 7.It looked like the host /owner was not really interested what is going on. Some people from our company went in the hotel and left the villa. 8.It looks like a luxury villa but when you go there it is not really like that. We had different expectations because we stayed in similar villa some months ago .
