This top floor apartment boasts close city views across a beautiful leafy park area. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 2 with kings that can be split into 2 singles making it perfect for 4 couples or 2 full families (total 8 guests). The apartment has been fitted out with brand new stylish furniture and appliances along with iconic Melbourne prints. It is centrally located in walking distance of many great cafes and restaurants but it also has 3 free parking spots for guests with cars.
The space
The bright stylish apartment has four large bedrooms. Downstairs there is two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dinning and lounge room on the first floor. The kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, gas stovetop and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and pod coffee machine. The lounge room has two comfortable leather sofas and a large internet TV. The second floor has another bathroom and two bedroom along with a large desk and study space.
