Cozy up with some blankets and enjoy the gorgeous sunset as it falls on the Olympics. Best views for fireworks on the 4th of July or on game nights!

All beds come with soft organic cotton sheets for those much needed ZZZs. For light sleepers, we see you! We provide shades, a white noise machine, eye masks and ear plugs. We also provide hangers and closet space for your clothes, extra warm blankets and fluffy pillows. Don't forget to check the closets for some extra amenities like iron & ironing board & a vacuum cleaner.
Please note, ONLY the owner's suite & living room have an AC unit. Heaters are available in all rooms.

With a gas oven + stove, microwave, refrigerator and large dishwasher with ample storage space for longer stays. The cabinets are stocked with your basic kitchen essentials including pots & pans, plates & bowls, an assortment of drinkwares including wine glasses, coffee mugs and plastic cups for kids. Also provided, basic cleaning supplies, a first aid kit and fire extinguisher.
For the caffeine addicts, treat yourself to a Nespresso maybe with a side of toast. Also included, some basic spices, coffee, tea, some fun snacks & breakfast items. Open the fridge for a small surprise!

With large bay windows, the natural light in the mornings makes waking up to Seattle from the living room extra special.
The spacious living room and comfy seating area with liftable coffee table (think giant TV dinner table) is easily a favorite space for guests. Throw in some board games, a smart tv with streaming services like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc (BYOL: bring your own login), as well as basic cable for sport fans. You'll never leave!

Retreat to the bathroom for some self-care and extra amenities. You are welcome to use the provided toiletries including extra towels, toothbrushes, flossers, hair dryer and toothpaste. The shower/tub comes with our favorite vegan shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A very large washer/dryer is also available for your use along with provided detergent.

Rich in history and thriving in culture, the Central District is one of Seattle's oldest neighborhoods. It is the birthplace ofJimmy Hendrix, the home of many local artists and continues to maintain its true Seattle charm with vibrant street art and local-owned restaurants.
Centrally located above the International District and the stadiums, the place is walking distance to many popular sightseeing including the Starbucks Reserve Roastery, Seattle Seahawks & The Mariner's stadiums, Downtown, the waterfront and the 12th avenue bridge.

The Central District is walking distance to nearby Capitol Hill, Pioneer Square, International District and Downtown Seattle. You can easily get to neighboring U District, Fremont and Ballard with a 20 min bus ride. Seatac airport is another 24 min Uber ride away or a 45 min light rail ride away once you get Downtown.

Getting Around
☑ From SeaTac Airport
Guests may Uber or drive (20 min) with plentiful, free street parking outside. Guests may also take the lightrail from the airport to the International District Station and walk 12 - 15 mins up the street to the house or take Bus 14 up the street to the house.
Note: The walk from the lightrail station is uphill.
☑ FREE street parking
Street parking is free and plentiful. Insider tip: Park on King, a quiet, less busy street perpendicular to 16th so it's easier to get out. You may also park in the neighborhood for less trafficked streets.
☑ No car, no problem!
Guest without a car can easily navigate the city by taking the downtown bus line (14) just one block over. Once downtown you will be able to take multiple bus lines to other parts of Seattle.
It is also very easy to walk to Capitol Hill, The Stadiums, Pioneer Square and the International District from the house or you can rent a Lime scooter.
☑ Wilderness, here we come!
For avid hikers, access to the Alpine Wilderness is just a 3 min drive to the i-90 and another 40 min to some excellent Pacific Northwest hikes. Mount Rainier is an easy 2 hr drive away and the ferries to Olympic National Park and Victoria, Canada are about a 8 min drive.
