Summary: I like the CitizenM hotels in general and have stayed in multiple cities. It’s more of a self-serve place but the staff are usually pretty warm and helpful. This Los Angeles location is lacking in terms of service - staff here do the bare minimum, nothing more and I have seen/experienced less. I won’t likely stay at this location again unless it is the only option.
