Summary: Citidel is also part of the grup hotel that is located at mid valley (st giles boulevard and the garden) and is standard of 3 star hotel, but maybe at corridor of the floor seems like they doesn’t turn on the ac so it’s pretty hot. But you don’t need to buy water because you can refill it at the machine like st giles boulevard. Overall is still good, maybe try to change the pillow because the condition is not really good anymore.
