Summary: Check in is taken at Citi Boutique Hotel. I arrived earlier than chech in time, and asked what time the apartment would be ready. However the receptionist was not informed of my reservation at all. The receptionist looks hard working but too busy to give me a call when the appointment becomes ready for move in.
